Donation-based Dance Fitness class
Friday, October 20 at 7am Mountain Time. Come prepared to dance, sweat and have a fantastic time in a judgement free zone. This all levels dance fitness class combines elements of simple choreography, HIIT, cardio & strength. Show up as you are as we celebrate ourselves and those around us. It's not about how we look, but how we feel, and the big and small wins along the way. You will receive the Zoom link after checkout.
